I signed up because the promos looked decent at first, but they ended up being disappointing. There were so many little rules and conditions, and it felt like every time I thought I understood how it worked, the goalposts moved again. The actual value back was tiny compared to the effort. Not really worth it in the end.

The games are alright overall, but the player pool can feel small depending on when you log in. At certain hours it seems like it’s just the same regulars everywhere, though you do find softer tables once in a while. I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it’s not amazing either. Also, I’m not exactly confident in customer service if something goes wrong, so that’s always in the back of my mind.

The games themselves are fine, but the rake and fees really add up fast, especially if you’re only winning small pots here and there. I remember noticing it after a session where I finished barely up, even though I felt like I’d played well, weirdly, I was eating cold fries at the time, so that stuck in my head. It just feels hard to stay ahead here when so much gets taken out.

It’s okay overall, but reading between the lines, the loyalty rewards don’t really make you feel all that appreciated. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, just not as good as I expected.

I played on 888poker for a while, the hands started feeling way too strange way too often. Yeah, I get that poker has variance and bad beats happen, but it felt like the same stuff kept happening over and over, runner-runner hits, huge coolers, and big stacks always seeming to catch what they needed.
Maybe I was just running bad, who knows. But after a while, it didn’t feel right to me anymore, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I didn’t trust the RNG there. I ended up cashing out what I had left and I’m not planning to play there again.

I had a small issue with my account verification, so I reached out to support. They got back to me quicker than I expected and just explained what I needed to send over. It did take a little bit to get everything fully sorted, but overall they were helpful, polite, and easy to deal with.

My internet was working fine on everything else, but 888poker just freeze up and log me out a couple times. I missed chances to act and lost some spots because of it. Support was no help either, just the usual basic replies. Frustrating, and I’m not really planning to use it again unless they actually fix it.

I had to send my documents again two times, which was annoying. It took way longer than I thought it would, and I was just sitting there like, okay, is this done yet or not?

I just don’t trust playing there anymore

It works fine overall , but I do wish they offered a few more payment methods . Some of the options I usually use aren’t available in my country , so that part is a bit inconvenient .

Well... if you’re mainly into cash games, this probably isn’t the best place. Most times I log in, there are barely any tables running, and the ones that are open usually aren’t great. I end up just waiting around, which gets boring fast

I reached out to support about this a few weeks ago, and it felt like I was just going in circles. I’d explain the issue, they’d reply with basically the same canned response, and then nothing would actually get fixed. I was checking my email every couple days, usually while having coffee before work, hoping there’d be some real update, but it never really happened. After all that time, the problem is still there.

I signed up for the bonus thinking it would be a decent deal, but once I saw the wagering requirements and the time limits, it felt almost impossible to actually use. I asked support about it and they basically just sent me back to the terms. Feels more like a bait offer than anything, i wouldn’t bother with it.

Most nights the app runs really smoothly for me, so I can’t complain too much. At the same time, it did freeze once while I was in the middle of tables, which was frustrating. Overall it feels stable, but not totally perfect

Could just be normal poker variance, and I did win and lose about how I’d expect overall. It’s not a terrible site by any means, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either. Pretty much a 3-star experience for me...
